ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME
The fine furniture and other unique items showcased by GALERIE VERSAILLES are expertly crafted abroad in the time honored tradition of the finest French and European cabinetmakers of the 17th, 18th and 19th Century. We do not offer any common mass produced items. Like any high quality, hand crafted product or akin to a piece of artwork, the time required for the completion and delivery of each item contained in your order will naturally be greater than what would be necessary if producing a product manufactured using an ordinary assembly line process.
The manufacturing and delivery time of each order we accept from a customer is determined by a great number of factors. In order to avoid disappointments due to possible manufacturing or delivery issues that are beyond our control, it is of the utmost importance that our valued customers understand that unless your selections are available in our current stock or noted otherwise, the estimated time needed for the completion and delivery of your order may take as long as 18 to 26 weeks plus local shipping time from the date your order is finalized and in some cases could take up to one year. If payment or any portion of the required deposit for any item included in your order is not received by us at the same time your order is placed, your order will not be considered "finalized" and a delay in the delivery of your selections should be expected. We will advise you of a more precise delivery date at the time your order has been "finalized" and placed with our craftsmen for production and again when it has shipped and is enroute from our manufacturers.
GALERIE VERSAILLES regards the complete satisfaction of it's customers our top priority. Our goal is to earn your business, win your accolades, and in the process of doing so build a strong foundation upon which can be built a long lasting and mutually rewarding relationship. In reaching that goal, we must deliver each item in your order as the high quality heirloom piece you are expecting. To that end, we cannot and will not make any attempt to speed up, alter or otherwise change any facet of our manufacturing and/or delivery process and we kindly ask that you not request us to do so.
We strongly advise all our new and potential customers should they find our estimated delivery time too long a wait, they either,
a) hold their order until a more convenient time in their lives,
or (b) they do not place an order with us

DUE TO THE NATURE OF OUR UNIQUE PRODUCTS AND OUR MANUFACTURING, CANCELLATIONS ARE NOT ACCEPTED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES ON EITHER CUSTOM AND STOCK ORDERS ALIKE AND THIS POLICY ALSO INCLUDES DISCOUNTED, SPECIAL PURCHASE ITEMS, AND "ONE-OF-A-KIND" ITEMS.

At Galerie Versailles we have a long-standing “company secret”. We believe our “company secret” has allowed us to enjoy a level of success unheard of in a time when so many companies are failing around and going out of business as a result of the current financial issues plaguing this great country of ours. So what exactly is our “company secret”? Simply put, we always make sure we deliver to our customers more than they expected of us, we never rush or “short cut” our processes for profit and we only deliver products we can proudly put or company name behind.
WE FEEL OUR COMPANY IS ONLY AS GOOD AS ITS’ PROMISE OR WORD
We are, after all, a family business and our family has always believed that a person is only as good as their word. We have always tried our very best to always live up to our promise and deliver more than was expected of us. In return, we have the expectation that our customers will do the same in return.
WE LIMIT OUR ORDERS IN OUR ONGOING EFFORT TO DELIVER ONLY THE HIGHEST QUALITY PRODUCTS AVAILABLE IN THE MARKETPLACE TODAY
We only accept orders that our manufacturers’ capabilities can handle, with all emphasis on the quality of the finished product (not profit) we are able, notwithstanding events that are beyond our control, to reasonably deliver on schedule.
WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CHOOSE WHO WE WORK FOR OR TRADE WITH
Even during the recession years we all have been experiencing recently, we have always been in the unique position to be financially able to turn undesirable customers away no matter what the monetary consequences.
IT IS OUR CUSTOMERS’ RESPONSIBILITY TO READ AND UNDERSTAND ALL GALERIER VERSAILLES LLC POLICIES IN ADVANCE OF ANY PURCHASE FROM US
Upon receipt of payment, it is our assumption our customer has taken the time to read and fully understands our policies and responsibilities as described in detail within our published web site. When we accept an order from a an individual customer, dealer or trade associate we assume he/she/they accept these policies by receipt of payment and fully understand(s) and agrees to all of these policies as written herein and is bound by them. We are always available to discuss and/or clarify any Galerie Versailles LLC company policy or customer responsibility should it be unclear to one of our valued customers.
WE RESERVE THE RIGHT NOT TO ACCEPT AN ORDER AS WELL AS THE RIGHT TO STOP WORK ON ANY ORDER IN PROCESS UNDER THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS:
Over the years we have been in business, we have had the pleasure of developing many repeat customers and we enjoy a very special personal and business relationship with many of these customers some of whom have become close personal friends over the years. Some of our long term customers have come to depend upon us to produce their orders in a timely manner in step with their retail business and/or their décor project time lines. In some cases, the relationship we have developed with them actually translates into their very financial existence. We take the enormous responsibility they have chosen to place placed in us not only as a serious responsibility but as an honor. In order to fulfill the responsibility they have placed in us, it requires our ordering procedures, production, and delivery system is free of any issues that may negatively affect our ability to deliver our customers’ orders as promised. We believe the relationships we have built should always be respectful as well as helpful to each other. However, on the rare occasion one of our customers disregards, manipulates, or acts in such a way that causes or may cause our system to fail, we reserve the right to stop work with impunity.
WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CANCEL ANY ORDER AND RETURN ALL DEPOSITS AND/OR OTHER PAYMENTS WE HAVE RECEIVED FROM A CUSTOMER MINUS ANY COSTS INCURRED WITH IMPUNITY
If we feel one of our customers, dealers or wholesale associates is being unrealistic, problematic or unreasonable in any way as determined by Galerie Versailles LLC, such as but not limited to stretching the scope of our agreed upon written agreements, verbal changes not lived up to, unreasonable work change requests with no offer to cover our cost, using our manufacturing or designing process in any way not consistent with our policies, or using our good name or logos in any way not authorized. A stop work order can also be invoked. This also applies to payments not received as prescribed and agreed upon verbally or on each written invoice. In case of a stop work order being issued, all costs incurred by Galerie Versailles LLC due to this action will be billed to our customer, dealer or wholesale associate. Furthermore, you will be placed on our “never sell again” list.
WE PLACE OUR EMPHASIS ON QUALITY – WE ARE NOT SPEED DRIVEN BY PROFIT

WHILE IT IS OUR POLICY TO ACCEPT PERSONAL AND BUSINESS CHECKS DRAWN ON A US BANK AS A CONVENIENCE TO OUR CUSTOMERS, PLEASE BE AWARE IT MAY TAKE UP TO 21 CALENDER DAYS FOR CLEARANCE OF ANY PAYMENTS MADE BY CHECK. UNTIL SUCH TIME AS WE HAVE VERIFIED YOUR CHECK HAS CLEARED YOUR BANKING INSTITUTION, YOUR PAYMENT MAY NOT BE CONSIDERED A VALID DEPOSIT. WE DO NOT ACCEPT PERSONAL MONEY ORDERS ISSUED BY ANY VENDOR OTHER THAN A RECOGNIZED US BANK. WE DO NOT ACCEPT NEGOTIABLE INSTRUMENTS OF ANY KIND DRAWN ON A FOREIGN BANK, EFT TRANSFERS FROM SERVICES SUCH AS WESTERN UNION, OR FOREIGN CASH FROM ANY COUNTRY OTHER THAN THOSE LISTED ABOVE. WE WILL MAKE NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS STATED POLICY. ALL CASHIERS CHECKS AND MONEY ORDERS RECEIVED BY GALERIE VERSAILLES WILL BE SUBJECT TO VERIFICATION OF VALIDITY BY THE BANK ON WHICH THEY WERE DRAWN.
IT IS OUR POLICY TO ACTIVELY ASSIST ANY LAW ENFORCEMENT AGENCY, FOREIGN OR DOMESTIC, AND WE WILL PARTICIPATE IN THE PROSECUTION OF ANY INDIVIDUAL, BUSINESS OR OTHER ENTITY ATTEMPTING TO PERPETRATE ANY FRAUDULENT OR ILLEGAL ACT
