Every item we offer is carefully inspected prior to shipment to ensure our customers are receiving only the highest level of quality.

When purchasing from GALERIE VERSAILLES, you will have peace of mind that you are choosing only the finest furnishings available.  Each piece is individually handcrafted reflecting the splendours of French and European palaces in the 17th, 18th, and 19th century.  Only the best natural timber & materials available for construction of antiques & fine French furniture are used.
  
ALL SALES ARE FINAL.  A sale is considered final once we have received either a deposit or payment in full.  However, in the unlikely event a customer is not satisfied for any legitimate reason with the quality or craftsmanship of any furniture item within 3 days after it is received from Galerie Versailles, a full refund of the purchase price plus sales tax, if any, is guaranteed *

  GUARANTEE LIMITATIONS

You must contact us prior to returning any item for a return authorization.  Returned items must be received by us in the same condition as originally shipped using the original packing container if possible.  The customer is responsible for all shipping costs including return shipping charges, insurance, and/or other expenses.  In certain cases returned items may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20% of the original purchase price.  Special Order and/or Custom items and items other than furniture may not be covered under our Guarantee, so please check with us prior to ordering.
